Eric Ostrowski's a freely-improvising musician and experimental filmmaker. E's all hand-processed 16mm collages and loops, their beautifully naturalistic synaesthesia created as the painted film runs through its projector's sound pickup. E is craft of the highest order, featuring the E block of its name (something found by Eric's Mum while she was pregnant with him in 1969), a booklet created from Polaroid emulsion transfer and a 16mm strip of an out-take from one of his films. Not enough? The package also encompasses a CD of violin abstractions that would make both the Vasulkas and Tony Conrad proud.
