Oscar nominated IFFR films
The nominations for the Oscars 2025 were announced yesterday, and from the list of nominations, eight films will be present at IFFR this year, receiving 26 nominations overall.

The eight nominated films screening at IFFR 2025 are: The Brutalist, Maria, Memoir of a Snail, Yuck!, I’m Still Here, A Complete Unknown, The Seed of the Sacred Fig and September 5, with last year’s Beautiful Men and Wander to Wonder also receiving nominations.
The Brutalist by Brady Corbet has received ten oscar nominations, including one for best cinematography by Lol Crawley, this year’s winner of the Robby Müller Award. Lol Crawley will be present at IFFR to receive his award and to talk about his work as a cinematographer. Tickets are still available for his talk down below!
