The Inverse Armory
Direct naar zijbalk
This work investigates the theme of blood, as a material that is both physical and psychological. The strongly suggestive images of bodies that have been touched or injured, or of attacks by viruses and bacteria upon the human organism, question the mythical protection of skin as armour, and show the subject at the mercy of microbiological processes. An autonomous sound track (music by Bjorn Melhus) accompanies the almost childlike images.
