The peaceful coexistence of twin brothers comes under threat when they develop opposing views on whether there is such a thing as ‘mine’ and ‘yours.’ What once began as a documentary exploring his brother’s shopping addiction became a simultaneously archetypal and contemporary parable. Set between a timeless, allegorical forest and Kreuzberg’s rowdy Rio-Reiser-Platz, Tibor Koehne fluidly navigates between formats and visual languages to breathe new life into this ancient dilemma.
