Branches from Concrete
混凝土枝杈
Between bare concrete walls, unfinished structures and stalled escalators, an otherworldly, gleaming metallic figure emerges. What was once imagined as a thriving city centre now stands unfinished and abandoned. Modernity has rushed past itself, indifferent to the original landscape and its local inhabitants. Shot on expired 16mm black-and-white Lucky film stock, which is today almost exclusively used for aerial surveillance.
