A tattoo of a Kiowa man in full traditional regalia on the arm of a Ukrainian soldier serves as a launching point to talk about a US Army base in Oklahoma. Originally built to fight the Kiowa and Apache people defending their land, the base is now used to train Ukrainian soldiers defending theirs.
