Excuse Me, While I Disappear
The Chinese have built an impossibly huge housing project in Angola because the latter has oil. This film with little plot, follows a man going to work at the scarcely inhabited project in the morning. The filmmaker listed old, European ethnographic films and African science-fiction films as his sources. See also Flies.
