The video itself is the letter from the title, sent from a dark, cold and lonely Norway. A Norway with clean elevators that always function. With friendly and helpful public servants who still cannot help with your wife's immigration. A Norway that is so far away from Indonesia. An Indonesia where ice doesn't form on the windowpanes and where they have so little, but that you still miss so horribly. (GjZ)
