Closed Circuit
The word organisation is a very large coat, but in virtually every country they have their equivalent: the distributors of experimental film and video art. Firing on one cylinder, sometimes on two. Together they are responsible for the presentation of a small yet important section of film and video art. Every year they come to Rotterdam to promote their work and to see that of their kindred spirits. This year, they responded to the invitation to screen the most misjudged work from their collection and explain why it is a misunderstood masterpiece.
