A humorous faux report about UFO sightings in backwoods America, produced by the early video collective Videofreex for the weekly broadcast of the pirate television station Lanesville TV. Featuring giggling locals playing witnesses who can barely believe in their own testimonies, Lanesville UFO Incident is a cheerful sketch that, today, has the force of a documentary, serving as a record of a particular set of people enacting a collective fiction in a particular place and time.
