Incorporating slide images that also appear in her performance Black Utopia LP, Cauleen Smith creates an ‘arkestral’ arrangement of chairs where visitors can sit and dictate the projection of slides. The homely decor consists of living plants and a rainbow mural – in honour of Sun Ra’s obsession with rainbows.
