Every summer, Cinema Nova (Brussels) organises an itinerant outdoor cinema which has become a very popular event. This humorous film, shot frame by frame on Super-8, shows the setting-up of the outdoor cinema infrastructure. Meanwhile, not far from there, bulldozers are knocking down one of the most emblematic towers of Brussels. With music by Ming.
