Housing estates have incisively characterized 20th century urban space, with urban planners often pretending they provide an ideal, safe and modern habitat. Rarely has their design been revolutionary, however. Rounding Off is an anthropological film which looks at how 'functional' homes have been re-appropriated by their occupants through daily use and making changes.
