A day in the country with the Ray Gun Theatre Players. A fragmentary record of a birthday party ‘happening’ in which Pop artist Claes Oldenburg assembles a collage cake for Breer’s wife Pat. Things happen after each other in this film only because there isn’t room for everything at once.

A recording of the life and death of a self-destructing sculpture by Jean Tinguely. Filmed at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York.
