A policeman, drawn in a ‘childish’ manner, is caught in mini-dramas but also in graphic events. Several kinds of action are interlaced: phalluses rain down on the policeman who discovers he has one himself. He is caught in graphic situations - underwater, in a boat on the sea - like in a storm.
