For this video, Edith Dekyndt brought together images of all the flags she could find of nations worldwide, including the states the United Nations do not recognize, like Tibet, the states of the former USSR and nomadic peoples. The flags are shown in alphabetical order at a constant pace of four images per second. The images can hardly be distinguished, it’s as if they poured straight out from the subconscious.
