Perpetual Motion in the Land of Milk and Honey
Since 1936, AL + AL’s grandfather has been building and developing perpetual motion devices in his back garden. The installation version of their Channel 4 video includes a garden shed at the centre of a blue-screen film set, from which projections of their film and the Britney Spears’ Toxic video run in synchronicity.
