'Khoti' is the Indian name for men who feel like women inside. They like to be treated by others as men but not publicly. Kaku, the main character of the film, is Khoti, but he is also a father. He wants to live for his daughter 'Suru' but also for his spouse 'Sandeep'. How to find a balance between these two loves and attractions? The director says that the film is her own mental and emotional outcome of the love and pain which she experienced while staying with Khoties.
