Volunteer Agreement IFFR 2026

General agreements

As a volunteer, I agree to the following:

• Working voluntarily in a specific volunteer role for International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), without any claim to salary or financial compensation.
• IFFR’s Volunteer Policy
• IFFR’s Security & Privacy Policy.
• Be in possession of a valid Passport, Identification Card, and/or Residence Permit during my time as a volunteer at IFFR.  I agree to have this document checked in person by IFFR upon collecting my badge, before the start of my first shift – IFFR will neither make nor archive any copies.

Having read IFFR’s Code of Conduct. I will treat my fellow volunteers, IFFR staff, guests, and members of the audience with respect and consideration at all times.
