Joachim Trier
Joachim TRIER (1974, Copenhagen, Denmark) grew up in Norway and is a graduate of the British National Film and Television School. He gained national and international acclaim with commercials and his prize-winning short films. Trier made his feature directing debut with Reprise (2006). Oslo, August 31st, his second film, was selected for the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes film festival in 2011. Thereafter, he directed Louder Than Bombs (2015), Thelma (2017), the documentary Den andre Munch (2018, doc) and The Worst Person in the World (2020).
