Jeroen Van der Stock

Jeroen VAN DER STOCK (1979, Belgium) graduated in 2002 from the Luca School of Arts in Brussels. He made his debut feature documentary film Wild Beast in 2008, which was selected for various international film festivals and broadcast on VRT Canvas. Van der Stock moved from China to Japan in 2009 to work on his second documentary feature Silent Visitors (2012), which won him the Award for Best Film at the L’iselp Festival of Films on Art in Brussels. His documentary Dream Box (2017) was nominated for Best Short Documentary in Madrid. The short documentary Night Horse had its world premiere at IFFR 2019 and received a special mention at Istanbul Experimental.
