lessons on flight
A delicate and whimsical examination of the flight patterns of the green-backed firecrown hummingbird, shot on 16mm film and then processed and coloured by hand. The dazzling organic shapes and markings are the result of eco-processing techniques, whereby olive leaves and oils sourced from the filming site in rural Chile were used during the processing and development of the film.
