Next Film Patrons: Boyz in the Wood

Are you next? A special film evening during IFFR 2020 for and by Next Film Patrons, a club of young film lovers and festival fans. We’ll treat you to not only the crazy horror comedy Boyz in the Wood – the flashy feature film debut from music video director Ninian Doff – you’ll also receive a great party with Kaapse Tijger beer.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a newcomer or seasoned cinephile at Next Film Patrons. What ties the members together is that they contribute to the warm heart of the festival and make sure that we can organise a fantastic film festival in Rotterdam every year. And that’s what we’re celebrating this night, with a silent disco after the film screening!

About Boyz in the Wood
The hunt is on in this insane comedy about four potty guys, who begin to fear a duke with a gun during their hike through the Scottish Highlands. Stupid decisions, crazy plot twists, paranoid neighborhood police and a flashy editing complete the chaos.
