15 international distributors of experimental films and videos give you a guided tour of their home base. With their choice of films, they want to communicate the feeling of their city. They take you to the fringes of their civilisation to inspire the viewer with the individuality of their country. How fertile is the soil on which these often fragile films have to grow?
