A varied programme with short films by largely Filipino film makers who primarily share their approach to work. The existing order – whether that is in Singapore or the Philippines – does not interest them and they don’t allow it to tame them.
Working rapidly with digital equipment has become second nature for several of these film makers (certainly Khavn de la Cruz), so that at a young age they already have an impressive filmography. There is an unreal documentary among them and nor is there an ordinary fiction film. They don’t like rules. You can’t really use them for fighting demons anyway. ( GjZ )
