Arch Khetagouri lived in Georgia until war broke out there. He fled to Holland, was admitted to the film academy and made this graduation production about a man who, roaming his former parental home, is confronted with memories of his youth and the war. This film without dialogue largely came about through improvisation. Last year, Heritage was one of the three films nominated for the Tuschinski Award.
