Each edition, IFFR Pro welcomes a vibrant group of participants to Rotterdam to develop their skills and establish professional connections, while immersing in the dynamics of an international festival and co-production market. The programmes aim to champion and support promising emerging talent from all over the world.
Rotterdam Lab
Rotterdam Lab is an annual training workshop for international film producers, embedded within the IFFR Pro Days of the festival alongside the world-renowned CineMart project market, the Darkroom works-in-progress programme, immersive market platforms and the Pro Hub and Reality Check activities.
Rotterdam Lab: 25 Years, 25 Lessons
For 25 years, Rotterdam Lab has been more than a workshop – it’s been a launchpad for countless emerging film producers from across the globe. In the spirit of this milestone anniversary, we’re looking back at 25 lessons shared by past participants, reflecting on the collaboration and shared learning that defines the Lab.
