The Hubert Bals Fund and Brazilian partner foundation Projeto Paradiso launch the joint publication Development with Impact, offering insights into the vital role of early-stage development funding in Brazil and beyond. Through case studies, analysis, essays and conversation, the bilingual publication acknowledges the HBF’s legacy in Brazil and Latin America, whilst launching a determined call for joint action amid the uncertainty of the financing landscape.
