Ulrich Köhler
Ulrich KÖHLER (1969, German) is a director and author. From 1989–1991, he studied art in Quimper, France, and then philosophy and visual communication at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts. After completing his studies in 1998, he made short films. His feature film Bungalow was shown in the Panorama section of the Berlin International Film Festival. In 2005, he made the feature film Montag kommen die Fenster. In 2011, he was awarded the Silver Bear for Best Director at the Berlin International Film Festival for the feature film Schlafkrankheit.
