Tuomas A. Laitinen

Tuomas A. LAITINEN (1976, Finland) is a filmmaker who works with a variety of media. He was educated at the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts. His projects and research focuses on the entanglements of human and non-human coexistence. Laitinen’s works have been recently shown in the 21st Biennale of Sydney, 7th Bucharest Biennale, SADE LA, Amado Art Space, Moving Image New York, Art Sonje Center, Helsinki Contemporary, Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art, MOCA Shanghai amd Cinemateca do MAM Rio de Janeiro.
