Sebastián Alarcón

Sebstián ALARCÓN (Chile, 1949-2019) was a film director and screenwriter. During his career, he travelled to Russia and actively participated in Soviet cinema. His film Night Over Chile (1977) won the Special Prize at Moscow International Film Festival where he was a member of the jury at its 30th edition in 2008.
