Salvador Miranda

Salvador MIRANDA (1987) is a Mexican-Canadian artist and filmmaker, based in Rotterdam. Miranda explores grand narratives and the images of our visual culture that produce and reproduce them. His work considers alternative narratives, and the reappropriation of language and imagery in new contexts. The experimental 2-channel film This is my land… (2019) is his graduation film for his Master of Arts in Fine Art and Design at the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam.
