Jaakko Pallasvuo
Jaakko PALLASVUO (1987, Finland) is a filmmaker, writer, performer and artist. His work deals with hierarchies, feelings and social arrangements. He works with video, ceramics, texts and images. His work has been exhibited in various museums. His first book, Scorched Earth, was published in 2015. Bridge over Troubled Water (2016) was Pallasvuo’s second film project to screen at IFFR, following Picasso (2014). Fruits of the Loom (2019) won the 2019 EMAF Award.
