erψn temp3st is a Canadian artist of settler descent, working through questions of embodiment and the aura of all things physical and virtual. They are interested in the body as a site of rupture, an ever-unfolding excess of significance whose shape is delineated moment by moment through fields of intention and affect. Their work means to invert inner and outer, often incorporating video, live sound, somatic elaborations, and interactive media to gather brightness and charge through which to touch… barely, hopefully… the leaning and reaching parts of an audience, which they see as the audience’s tender offerings.
