André Schreuders

André SCHREUDERS (1967, the Netherlands) is a filmmaker working as director, cinematographer, editor, screenwriter, and producer. Active in artistic film since the early 2000s, his practice spans experimental and essayistic forms, often combining philosophical reflection with formal exploration of image, rhythm, and perception. Alongside his film work, Schreuders engages with theoretical research and writing. He has been working on a manuscript dedicated to the philosophical texts of Daniil Kharms, reflecting an ongoing interest in literature, absurdism, and the relationship between language and cinematic form.
