In The Great Escape three geraniums escape their monotonous lives on their lonely owner’s windowsill. The viewer experiences the story from the inside out, as the third plant. When the geraniums get their hands on a smartphone, everything changes: a selfie on a plant exchange platform becomes their ticket to the outside world – although the outside world isn’t as promising as they’d hoped. An absurd journey through a tough but magical world follows.
