December 1976, a three-day revolt erupts in the small town of Majunga, Madagascar. Ali (Soeuf Elbadawi), a widower, is caught in an abrupt and violent turmoil between communities. His first and only preoccupation is how to protect his young daughters.
With the close collaboration of non-professional Comorian and Malagasy actors from Majunga, Hachimiya Ahamada invites us to bear witness to an untold and disquieting conflict that left an indelible mark on the inhabitants of Majunga.
