The moving landscape of a highway shot from inside a car and the animated drawings by the filmmaker compete for our attention. Meanwhile, on the soundtrack, we hear director Charlotte Bee Her Hong candidly talking to their partner about their previous artistic practice: observational sketches of random people done on public transport. Their spontaneous conversation addresses issues of intimacy, the meaning and purpose of creative work, and the strange encounters it propels.
