Tijana Petrovic explores the close interaction between landscape and technology, focusing on the military fortifications built on the coast of San Francisco Bay. Carefully tracking the advances in relation to power and vision, the camera wanders around the preserved constructions of a bygone era while the image is inundated by a perpetual fog. Visually striking and employing an essayistic approach, the film contrasts the slowly eroding landscape with the rapid obsolescence of wartime developments.
