Young indigenous men are wrongfully accused of stealing beer and hounded by local police, while the land is increasingly contaminated by corruption and the arrival of miners. With playful use of technology and overlapping voices and storylines, Windjarrameru breathlessly condenses a cornucopia of social, ecological and political issues into its compact duration.
