Despite being highly intelligent beings, crows have a bad reputation among humans, who consider them a nuisance and systematically ostracise them. Finding echoes in the treatment of people of colour, Cauleen Smith pays homage to this species, a particular population of which she discovered migrates between Auburn and Syracuse – the birthplace of stereoscopic photography.
