A noir documentary on architect Cassiano Branco, or ‘Where has the promise of
Modernism gone, and what could have happened to Lisbon?’ Some particularly disquieting hints are given by one of Cassiano’s strangest projects – the
miniature park Portugal dos Pequenitos – a gingerbread house version of the
nation’s typical and memorable landscape.
