Shiny aluminium and gold-coloured sheets were once a typical ingredient of aeronautic aesthetics. Nowadays most people identify it with an emergency blanket. The Shelter series attempts to redefine the typical Mylar blankets in different contexts: refugee essentials, warfare, hide-outs against drone heat scanners.
