Several people of different nationalities, backgrounds and aspirations come across each other in contemporary Japan. An Iranian architect in search of something that only he knows, a Lithuanian martial arts fighter who feels like an outsider in Tokyo, a Japanese man and his wife who live in a design house made of glass. Is there something that can truly connect them? Are they really different from each other or do they rather represent the same type of contemporary nomad who lives everywhere and nowhere? And is there still a need for connections in the world where isolation is no longer considered to be a negative experience? Greater Things magically recreates and explores these special yet very familiar conditions and states of being.
