This bizarre conference illustrates our tireless fascination with evil. The expressive modulations of the iconic faces provide an increasingly comic tone. The soundtrack throughout is a degraded vocal sample of Chaplin’s nonsense language from The Great Dictator, with constant applause abstracted to static.
