Makino Takashi was honoured with a Short Profile at 2008’s IFFR. His universe of hallucinatory, immersive films is steadily expanding. Working in various film formats, with various telecine techniques and in close cooperation with like-minded musicians, he creates experiences that affect the eye and ear like drones.
