Bruits de fond
Unusually dislocated work by a sculptor/film maker. In a living room, a man is looking for a radically different approach to his surroundings. Slowly but surely, not hindered by restrictions on his movement, the homeliness disappears and a cave appears, a grotto, in which he continues to make changes unsparingly. Ordinary proceedings have made way for a totally new order that has its own laws and sequence.
