Mystery shoppers have to catch shop staff out on improper behaviour. The newcomer is ashamed, but after a surprising turn doesn’t seem able to distinguish good from bad so easily any more. A convincing drama about moral choices, beautifully photographed, with a nice eye for disconsolate former-GDR locations.
