In the lyrical triptych Xenia, the gaze of the child is shown as a magic, mythical and even mystical eye. The very personal surroundings from the youngest years of the film maker were used to express these levels in an Apollonian way. Beautifully filmed on rough black & white Super8 and blown up to 35mm.
