A Wondrous Film About Emma Brooks
Neon animation in the same style as The Ecstacy of Gary Green, Feldstein’s competition film last year, but then even better. It is a strange story about Emma, who is running a temperature and feverishly fantasises that she encounters animals. Seeking the truth, she finds out all kinds of things and becomes an adult. Feldstein is funny and profound at the same time, maybe the Australian Woody Allen, but then one who makes unique, experimental animations.
